The Library

What is La Femme Society?

A small digital library for the woman rebuilding herself on her own terms. Seven volumes on the self, on love, on the home, on the wardrobe, on hosting, on ritual and on the guided year. No noise, no hustle — just quiet, well-made writing and the architecture of a considered life.

Who is it for?

Women who already suspect the work is internal, and want it done with taste. This is not motivation and not a five-step morning routine promising a new you by Friday. It is a slower, more deliberate education in becoming.

Isn't this just self-help?

No. There is no shouting here. The volumes are researched, edited and made to be kept — closer to a library than to a workbook. You are meant to return to them.

  • La Maison — The Considered Apartment (€37). Volume IV. Dressing a small space with restraint: what to spend on, what to leave bare.
  • La Garde-Robe — The Edited Wardrobe, Season by Season (€37). Volume V. The wardrobe edited the way a sentence is edited — until only what earns its place remains.
  • Le Cahier — A Guided Journal for the Considered Life (€27). Volume VI. A printable guided journal organised around the twelve months of the year.
  • Les Rituels — Mornings, Evenings, and the Hours Between (€37). Volume VII. A field manual for the considered day and the small forms that hold it together.

Which volume should I begin with?

Begin with Sur Soi. It is the anchor of the Library and the ground the other volumes are built on. If you would rather begin on the page, Le Cahier at €27 is the gentlest way in.

What are the coffrets?

Curated collections of volumes, priced below buying them apart.

  • Le Petit Coffret (€54) — Sur Soi + Le Cahier. The first duo for a woman new to the Library: the longer volume to read, the journal to keep close. Separately €64.

Format & Delivery

What exactly do I receive?

A digital book — a PDF. Nothing is shipped and nothing arrives in the post. Every volume is yours to keep, read and re-read.

How and when is it delivered?

Instantly. The moment your order is complete, a download link appears on the confirmation screen and is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within a minute or two.

What can I read it on?

Anything that opens a PDF — your phone, a tablet, a laptop or an e-reader. No app or account is required.

Can I print it?

Yes. Le Cahier in particular is designed to be printed at home and written in by hand; the other volumes print beautifully if you prefer paper.

My download hasn't arrived.

First, look in your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address on your order was correct. If it still hasn't appeared, write to us and we will send your files directly.

Payment, Prices & Discounts

What currency are prices in? Do you deliver worldwide?

Prices are in euros (EUR). Because everything is digital, the Library is available anywhere in the world — there are no shipping costs and no borders to cross.

Is there a discount?

How do I pay?

Through a secure checkout. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.

Policies

Do you offer refunds?

Because the volumes are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. If something is wrong with your file, or a download won't open, write to us — we will always make it right.

Can I share the files?

Each purchase is for your own personal use. Please keep the volumes to yourself rather than redistributing them; the Library is small and made with care, and it stays that way when it is respected.

Will there be more volumes?

Yes. The Library is designed to grow. New volumes are added over time, and owning the collection means you are the first to know when one arrives.
