Refund & Return Policy
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have the right to cancel your order for any physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email lafemmesocietyco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once we confirm, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item, as you would in a shop.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for an item we do not receive.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Hygiene and sealed items: for health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless faulty — sleep masks, gua sha and facial tools, scalp/hair brushes, and any item sealed for hygiene. Please only unseal these if you intend to keep them.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS & GUIDES)
Because our ebooks and digital guides are delivered instantly and downloaded immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download has begun. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. If you experience a technical problem accessing your file, email us and we will fix it.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, and in these cases we cover the return shipping cost. This is separate from the change-of-mind returns above and does not affect your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for physical goods.
